the room was well decorated and the bedding was great i found a coffee machine in the room it was useful. the location is fantastic near the river and the cathedral.
the bar service was very slow i had to wait a while for drinks. the reception experience was poor there was a long wait to check in

the breakfast selection was extensive with many options available. my room, a collection premium cathedral view, provided an very nice vista (i really enjoyed it!). the location proved ideal with convenient access to many attractions.
the bar seemed understaffed during peak hours leading to longer wait times for drinks.
